موسسه کیفیت و انطباق کیهان متعهد است تا خدمات خود را به شکل بی طرفانه و حرفه ای ارائه کرده که بازتاب آن برای مشتریان و موسسه ارزش افزوده ایجاد نماید.
موسسه کیفیت و انطباق کیهان متعهد است که خدمات قابل اعتماد، معتبر و واقع بینانه بر اساس خواست و نیاز مشتریان ارائه نماید ولیکن تبعیت از استانداردها و قوانین بین المللی و کیفیت برتر از اصول غیر قابل تغییر این سازمان است. قوانین مراجع اعتباردهی داخلی و بین المللی همواره در تصمیم گیریها مقدم بر سایر موارد خواهند بود.

Impartiality Statement

بی طرف بودن و بی طرف ماندن، برای خدمات ارزیابی انطباق ما که اطمینان مشتریان و جامعه را فراهم می کند، ضروری است.

کیفیت و انطباق کیهان:

خدمات خود را به صورت آزادانه، مستقل و بی طرفانه به همه مشتریان ارائه می دهد. با همه مشتریان رفتار عادلانه دارد و انتظار دارد به همان سطح از عملکرد استاندارد ارزیابی انطباق دست یابند.
تصمیمات صدور گواهینامه را بر اساس شواهد عینی از انطباق به دست آمده از طریق یک فرآیند ممیزی بی طرف می گیرد که در آن فرایند تصمیمات تحت تأثیر سایر منافع یا طرف های دیگر قرار نمی گیرند.
اهمیت بی طرفی در انجام فعالیت های صدور گواهینامه سیستم مدیریت خود و هرگونه تضاد منافع را مدیریت می کند.

Being Impartial, and being perceived to be impartial, is necessary for our conformity assessment services that provide confidence to customers and society.

Keyhan Quality Registrar:

Provides its services in an open, independent and impartial manner to all clients. All clients are treated equitably and are expected to achieve the same level of performance to the conformity assessment standard.
Makes it certification decisions based on objective evidence of conformity obtained through a competent audit process in which decisions are not influenced by other interests or other parties.
Understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out its management system certification activities and manage any conflict of interest.

برای اجرای مطمئن این سیاست، کمیته بی طرفی متشکل از طرف های خارجی مرتبط با KQR، به طور دوره ای کلیه فعالیت ها را بررسی و بی طرفی را ارزیابی می کنند.

For confident implementation of this policy, impartiality committee which consisting of external parties concerned to KQR, periodically review all activities and assess impartiality.
